01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph759 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. ph759 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify ph759 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your ph759 account — including deposits, bets, game sessions, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account. ph759 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

3.3 Account Inactivity

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph759 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ph759 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph759 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. ph759 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph759 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to an account confirmed to be held in the Player's own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ph759 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

06 Game Rules & Fairness

09 Suspension & Termination

A Player may close their ph759 account at any time by submitting a written request to the ph759 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, provided that there are no outstanding withdrawal requests, unresolved disputes, or compliance review proceedings associated with the account. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after all pending reviews are completed.

9.2 Suspension or Termination by ph759

ph759 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, ph759 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money funds — held in the relevant account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph759 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the ph759 brand identity — is the intellectual property of ph759 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph759 content without prior written authorisation from ph759. Any unauthorised use of ph759 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph759 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the Player's own gaming decisions or behaviour.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment processor delays, or internet connectivity issues outside ph759's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to the Player's account.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the platform for general informational purposes.

ph759's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph759's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ph759's gross negligence, to the extent that applicable Philippine law does not permit such exclusion.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ph759 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph759 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ph759 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit an account closure request to ph759 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph759 platform shall first be submitted to ph759 through the support channels available on the platform, with a view to resolving the matter amicably within thirty (30) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. ph759 operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulatory standards and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mandated dispute resolution process.
